At the dawn of cosmic genesis, all realms were enshrouded in primeval chaos. Below the Third Heaven of the Upper Realm, chaos held untrammeled dominion. Deities transcending the Ninth Heaven—encompassing the Jade Emperor, Sakyamuni Buddha, God, Jesus, the Virgin Mary, and Allah—reached a sacred consensus to found the Human Realm, thereby inaugurating the Three Realms of Humans, Demons, and Immortals. In fulfillment of this divine covenant, they cleft heaven from earth, forged the sun, moon, and celestial spheres, sowed the seeds of all living creatures, and sculpted human forms, bestowing upon humanity the blessing of procreation and prosperity.

Bhaisajyaguru Buddha established The Herbal Order within the Ninth Heaven of the Upper Realm, devoting himself to the esoteric pursuit of sacred medicine. He dispensed curative grace to various sects across the Upper Realm and fostered inter-sectarian harmony. Three centuries past, four Bodhisattvas of The Herbal Order, by the celestial mandate of Bhaisajyaguru Buddha, descended to the mortal plane bearing sacred scriptures, entrusted with seeking destined souls to inaugurate the Mortal Realm Herbal Order.

Formally consecrated on the third day of the third lunar month in 2019, the Order has endured for nearly seven years. Through the gratuitous bestowal of medicinal remedies and sacred prescriptions, it has directly safeguarded the lives of over 2,000 sentient beings. This Mortal Realm Herbal Order bridges the Three Realms and now abides in the Seventh Heaven of the Upper Realm. Enshrining the mission of inheriting ancient medicinal wisdom, it disseminates healing enlightenment to deliver sentient beings from the abyss of suffering. Transcending national boundaries, geographical divides, and ethnic distinctions, it strives to liberate the world from illness and alleviate mortal affliction.
